You'll Have Additonal Living Expense Coverage

We will pay the reasonable increase in living expenses necessary to maintain your normal standard of living, for up to the amount of time specified in your policy, if a covered loss makes your residence premises uninhabitable (subject to policy terms and conditions).

You'll Have $1,000 Loss Assessments Coverage

If your condominium association levies special assessments against you resulting from certain losses to your condominium complex, we will pay your share of such assessments up to the $1,000 coverage limit subject to policy terms and conditions). For an additional premium, you can select a higher limit for Loss Assessments Coverage.

Personal Property Coverage

You'll have protection for your furniture, clothing, electrical appliances and other household contents. If you decide to select the Personal Property Reimbursement option for an additional premium, we will settle covered losses to many of your personal property items based on the cost you incur to repair or replace them, subject to applicable coverage limits and other policy terms and conditions.

Family Liability and Guest Medical Protection

With Condominium Insurance, you have protection, up to the limits of your policy, against certain liability claims brought by others for bodily injury or damage to their property due to a covered accident (subject to policy terms and conditions).

Guest Medical Protection provides payments for reasonable medical expenses of your guests who are accidentally injured on your property as a result of a covered loss, whether or not an accident in your home was your fault.
