Vehicle Damage
- Covers vehicle damage or loss resulting from Collision, Upset and Glass Breakage. A deductible applies to this coverage.
Total Theft
- You are covered in case of Total Theft of your vehicle, as well as for damage caused by Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Strikes, Riots and Meteorological Phenomena. A deductible applies to this coverage.
Third Party Liability
- Covers the authorized driver's Liability to Third parties for Property Damage and Bodily Injury resulting from an automobile accident, up to the policy limits. Liability for the death or bodily injury of the driver or passengers of the insured vehicle is not covered.
Medical Expenses
- Expenses incurred by the authorized driver or passenger of the insured vehicle and pertaining to bodily injuries sustained in an automobile accident, while riding in the car or designated passenger area.
Travel Assistance
- While in Mexico, this coverage entitles you to towing of your vehicle for mechanical failure, medical coverage and transportation back home in a medical emergency.
Legal Aid
- In case of an automobile accident, Legal Aid Coverage will provide:
- Release of the driver and vehicle if detained by authorities
- Judicial assistance and legal defense until the case is closed
- Assistance in the case of a total theft of your vehicle
- An up to date status of your case
- Attorney fees, legal expenses, bail premiums and cash guaranty shall be provided up to, but not exceed US$30,000 (only if ASSET
